Clean Air!

We have been in this house for quite a few years. We have never had our airducts cleaned out until today( Monday). Kyle works for Stanley Steamer. He just got certified to do airduct cleaning. So we had ours done. We found things in our airducts and return air vents (besides all the dust) . . .long lost pictures. . . Toys. . . money. . . I think when we have the kids sweep they just sweep it into the return air ducts.

They cleaned all the Airducts, Return Air Vents, Blower motor, A coil on the furnace, and when they are done they vacume your whole house. Linda was so happy when Kyle told her how much less dusting she will have to do now. I'm sure we will all breathe a lot easier now.
We are taking Spring Cleaning to new heights. Now if we can just get Jonathan a job with a window cleaner!

Why the NIT is good for UK

10. We don't have to skip out on work to watch UK's games.

9. UK got to play a home game in a post-season
tournament! And on top of that, it was in Memorial
Coliseum, which was special for all involved -- players, fans,
coaches, broadcasters.

8. Our games are covered nationally on ESPN, so folks
outside of Kentucky don't have to go to a sports bar.
And it's a network which actually knows how to broadcast sports (CBS
Can't Broadcast Sports)
7. The players will get to visit a state that they would not have otherwise
(Nebraska!).

6. UK has a better chance at making ESPN's Top 10
(i.e., Perry Stevenson, no 6).

5. UK got a recruit to sign after seeing the NIT game at
Memorial Coliseum.

4. We won't lose any money on an NIT pool.

3. UK is still playing after the first weekend of March Madness.

2. UK might actually win a couple of games, helping to
stay in front of UNC and Kansas in total wins.

1. They are still my Kentucky Wildcats and I will follow
them no matter what!!!

Wow! March already

Hey everyone, Life at the Lindsey Household is getting somewhat back to normal. Since a lot of people transfered from our plant to Kentucky Truck plant it left me where I get to work every week instead of every other week. We still have a few down weeks scheduled but at least I'm not having to file unemployment so much. I just got through filing my taxes and was shocked to find out I have to pay State another $585. Needless to say they are not getting paid until mid April.

I got the awning and the railing on the back of the house all torn down and ordered a new awning. I still have to get my tree in front trimmed, it has a lot of broken limbs way up high. I think I'm past the stage of my life where I climb a tree much less with a chain saw.

Jonathan got a new game system for his birthday. He has been in the basement ever since. We will probably see him around April or if the power goes out again.

Jennifer only has one more Cheerleading competition for this year and it is next weekend here in Louisville. The other day I was looking at the Derby Festival web site at all the things you could volunteer for, when I came across Pooper Scooper for the Parade. Jennifer got so excited so her and her friend is going to SCOOP POOP in the parade.

The Travel Agency is really slow. Not to many people traveling like they used to. You know things are bad when even Disney is laying people off. When I looked into my crystal ball I seen Mickey in Washington asking,"Where the Hell is MY Bailout".
