This time of year I really miss mom. I know that if Jonathan and Jennifer would have known her they would have loved her dearly. I miss all the front porch sittin'. I miss her smile, the way her face would light up when one of her grand kids would come in the front door. But what I really miss is being able to kiss her on the cheek give her a great big hug and tell her Happy Mothers Day.

Mom is always in my thoughts on Mothers Day.
Often I talk to Lindsey about her. I tell her about things Mom would say or do and how much she loved her family, each and everyone of us.
